Bio:

From a young age Shannon has had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. After buying her first investment property at 21 years old she knew she was born to practice Real Estate. Shannon went on to graduate from The University at Buffalo School of Management with a Bachlor's Degree and concentraction in Marketing. She worked full time through college at Aldi Foods (1998-2008), eventually becoming the Store Manager. In 2005, she obtained her Real Estate License since being a successfull landlord was becoming more lucrative and the potential to work with other investors, buyers and sellers was growing fast. In Jan. 2011 she opened her own Brokerage, Nichol City Realty. She saw a need in the consumer market for a company to offer a discount listing commission (5%) without sacrificing services. Nichol City strives to keep their company expenses low, therefore passing the savings on to their clients. There was also a need to have agents who were personable, aggressive, honest, and Real Estate saavy. Nichol City Agents strive to treat others as they themselves would want to be treated.

On her spare time she enjoys camping and beaching with her 3 boys, excercising and working on her rental properties. She also volunteers her expertise on the Lancaster Village Historic Preservation Commission as their Real Estate Specialist since 2012.
